Service Description
Our consultation program provides structured, high-quality clinical guidance for professionals seeking to maximize their therapeutic toolbox with the UP-C and UP-A and earn certification in the models. Participants receive a total of 16 consultation hours, delivered virtually, with opportunities to present active cases and receive targeted feedback. Consultation hours may count toward certification requirements when at least two cases are presented during the consultation period. Sessions focus on case conceptualization, intervention refinement, clinical decision-making, and application of UP-C/A principles. Enrollment includes a one-time fee covering all 16 hours, which must be used within 12 months. A calendar invitation and secure meeting link will be provided for all sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in the consultation program includes a one-time fee covering 16 total consultation hours. These hours may be used for individual or group consultation sessions as outlined in the program description. Consultation hours may count toward certification requirements, provided that participants present at least two active cases during the course of consultation, consistent with certification guidelines. All consultation services are provided virtually. Participants will receive a calendar invitation and secure meeting link prior to each scheduled session. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. No refunds will be issued once registration is completed. Consultation hours must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused hours after this period will expire and may not be transferred or credited. By enrolling, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
